How are items shipped?

Small quantities of "single" cards will be shipped in reinforced photo-mailers; larger quantities, boxed sets and miniature rugs packed securely in boxes.

Orders will be shipped via USPS, either as Media Mail or Flat Rate Priority Mail, whichever is more economical and/or provides the most effective packaging. (Please contact us for expedited delivery.)

All shipments include Delivery Confirmation through the USPS. When your order is sent, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number, accessible at See shipping rates shown on right.

Enlargements. Shipping of enlargements depends upon size, but will be shipped in either a flat reinforced envelope or rolled in a heavy-duty mailing tube*.

*Rolling will not harm or damage your print. When removed, prints will flatten back out in no time; framers are experienced in handling and flattening rolled prints. If you store the print in the tube for a very long period of time no permanent damage will result, but be careful when re-rolling your prints after inspecting them, as creases and dents are usually not removable.

$15.01-$60 add $6
$60.01-$100 add $8
over $100 add $10

Sales Tax

For Missouri orders, sales tax is required and will be added automatically at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Every card shipment is "made to order"- smaller orders normally ship within one week (or sooner); larger or special-occasion requests may take up to 4-6 weeks- though we'll make every effort to accomodate your needs. Shipping details will be confirmed at the time of ordering. Please email us if you have any questions or concerns!

Please Note: For larger or retail orders from locations in St. Louis City or County, delivery to your shop or home/business might be expedient (depending upon time constraints). Please contact us with any questions regarding retail/quantity orders, or shipping alternatives!

Damaged/Returned Orders

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days (and keep your packaging, in case of shipping damage or returns). You may dispute a purchase through PayPal, or call us first at 314-832-4964 and we will make every attempt to resolve the issue with a return/refund, replacement or exchange as appropriate. If you would like the full shipping/returns policy before you order, just send a request and we'll email it to you. Your satisfaction with your purchase is important to us!

If you choose to return an order you've opend, it must be in "as sold" condition; we will refund your entire purchase price but not shipping costs. Please ship items using USPS Media Mail with a postmark indicating the return date was initiated within 14 days of receipt of the order. Enclose our packing list, pack your item(s) carefully, and ship to:
